Earth Day is not just an inspiring concept; it is a goal that binds us all.

On April 25, 2026, the Power for a Better Future Buddies Without Borders Online Forum hosted its award ceremony. Educators and changemakers across the globe came together to honor those who worked the hardest and have the best ideas, chosen by an online audience, ranked by our international panelists, and voted by their forum peers.

Awards were given to the team with the most creative and impactful proposal, individuals who produced the most informative and thoughtful research, and leaders who tirelessly supported their teammates. Here is the Award List, announced by Mr. Tony Passino, National Climate Fellow at Change the Chamber, Dr. Teta Banks, Chair, Executive Committee of World Federation of United Associations, among others.

Meanwhile, BWB Club members across the planet shared the actions they undertook in their communities on Earth Day. From donating items to shelters, to cleaning local parks, to watering neighborhood plants, to making art with recycled materials.... As the 2025-2026 school year concludes, each Club will be presenting its Local Action Project in the upcoming months. Next school year, the buddies will be joined by the new BWB Club members from the Power for a Better Future Forum awardees and continue to make improvements to our world.

Together we are stronger. We have the power to take care of our planet, one action and one friend at a time. Join us in the movement to find ways to work together.
