What I Have Learned - Reflection from a Forum Participant

"My journey at BWB was a fantastic experience where I learned many skills such as teamwork, leadership, and collaboration. Looking back at my growth, I started to be more active within my team compared to the start. Additionally, with this experience, I plan to take more accountability and communicate more in a team setting.

What I mean by that is to be constantly active and taking accountability for your work and even checking your teammates work as well. Some things that I have learned from this topic is how different countries are involved in the Paris Agreement and how they handle renewable energy. Some things that that I learned about my Forum mates is that you need to accomodate everyone as they may have different situations. I also learned that different people have different work styles that you need to respect either way. By doing this, you get work done more efficiently and avoid team conflict. Something that I learned about myself is that I can work well if I have the right plan, but I need to talk to my team more. In conclusion, this forum was a fantastic experience that I will never forget."
