Everyone wants to change the world for the better, but when we start examining policies, we realize that "better" is an ambiguous concept that requires further exploration. What is "good" for a country may not work for another.


Today, we will spotlight Yeonjae Kim (Banksome Hall Asia) in South Korea, who is one of the Top Five Finishers in the forum.

Yeonjae interviewed her teammates, including Justin Hsiao from Tsai Hsing High School in Taiwan, Ramon Rivas from Domuschola International School in the Philippines, and Roxana Ortega from Unidad Educativa Particular in Ecuador. Yeonjae proposed that monocultural countries should first address stereotypes and prejudice, while multicultural countries should focus on preserving traditions while embracing new cultural influences.
